One County, Several Different Plumbing Realities

Cochise County is not uniform, and neither is its plumbing. Inside Sierra Vista, most homes connect to municipal sewer. They draw water from providers like Arizona Water Company, Liberty Utilities, or, in the master-planned community, Pueblo Del Sol Water Company, all pulling from the same hard Upper San Pedro Aquifer. Head south toward Hereford, Palominas, and Naco and the picture changes: many properties run on private wells and septic systems, which call for different care and a plumber who knows both.

The housing differs too. Sierra Vista carries a large stock of 1960s and 1970s homes built as Fort Huachuca grew, often with original galvanized pipe now well past its prime. Newer subdivisions and the historic homes of Bisbee and Tombstone each bring their own quirks. Knowing which world a home belongs to, its water source, its sewer or septic setup, and its era, is half of doing the job right. That is the local knowledge we bring to every address we serve.
